I can think of LOTS of reason to LOVE Summer....But here is one of my favorite!
It's time for swimming lessons!
Kaden and Ryder are both taking lessons together, and they LOVE them. The boys teaching are from my ward, and they are just wonderful.
Kaden and Ryder are doing so well. They even started learning how to dive.
It was a little harder off the diving board! :) And, we did see a couple "belly-flops", but the best part was that it did not phase them one bit!
They are both doing so well. They dive to the bottom of the pool, float, and they are also using actual swimming techniques (besides "doggy-paddling").
While we are there,
Brooklynne and
Grayson both enjoy playing in the backyard. The lessons are held at a member's home (the Bishop actually!), the pool is gated in, and with six boys of his own-there is lots of stuff to entertain my two little spectators!
Brooklynne practicing shooting...Don't worry about how pink she is! She DID have sunscreen on. She just get bright red while working hard (Hey Mom, remind you of anyone???).

At the end of the day, everyone is tuckered out. We head home for baths, dinner, and early bedtimes! :)

Swimming lessons look great! I remember swimming lessons from my own childhood. Your boys look so cute in their little swim shirts and shorts.
That place has huge portions and ginormous plates. Hash House a Go Go- Sahara just past Torrey Pines I think.
I swore of not BJs pizookies-if I went to BJ's and only ate a pizookie I think I would be okay. But I have only been really sick 3 times while pregnant and 2 of those times was after I enjoyed a fulfilling meal at BJ's. I really don't want to ruin it for life- so I am swearing off for now. That was not the perfect day that was just an evening on a school day.
Did you go to Lakeshore on Saturday? Cause if you did, you noticed I was not there! As much as I love all my Lakeshore kids and moms it was wonderful to have the day off with nothing already planned. Read more about that later. I'm almost tempted to put in a request off for 2 Saturdays a month is how nice it was.
Thanks for reminding me I have a pool in my neighborhood, perhaps on Monday I will go swimming!
That is so fun that the boys get to do so much together. It is so nice having kids close together. Summer.... I am so excited too. We love the pool in our family:)
Just Keep Swimming , Just Keep Swimming. I love swimming I want to jump in and get my fins wet. It looks like so much fun. Both of you boys have always been good swimmers. Brook you look just like your Mommy with you little pink face. Grayson love the hat!
Miss my little grandbabies and can't wait to visit with you again.

How cool that they are having lessons at someone's actual house! That makes it so much easier for you with the little ones. I wonder if someone in my stake does that.
