How can I not be happy when I am surrounded by my favorite things?
I could not help but feel happy today. It was a great day. Sundays are normally pretty peaceful around here. Slow, calm, and peaceful. I enjoy the feeling in my home as we all get ready to go to church. We were all ready early this morning, and my kiddos all looked cute-so, I took some pictures of them all dressed up!
The pictures are not perfect, but they capture what it was that made me feel so happy....my kids.
I LOVE my children so much, and I am so thankful that I get to stay home with them. Mark is working extra hard to make this possible, and I will be forever greatful to him. There is nothing more important to me then spending time with my kids.
I LOVE the way they love each other....
I LOVE the companionship that comes with brotherhood.
I LOVE holding my little ones...
I LOVE watching the "little people" that they are starting to become.
I LOVE to see my boys laugh at their little sister and jump to her defense when they feel she is in trouble.
I love looking in their little faces, in their sweet little eyes, and knowing that they are mine.
Today was a happy day. A great way to start a new week. Not all days are like this, but for today-I will cherish this moment.
Maybe when I have one of those not-so-happy-days, I can look back at this post and remember what is most important to me.
*In case you are wondering, my Hubby was already at work when we took these pictures. If not, he would have been right there with the camera shoved in his face too! :) *

Katie,
What a sweet post! You are such a great mother. Thanks for sharing your inspiring thoughts and pics of your adorable group. Hope to see those cuties in person soon.
Aww they are just too cute. Brooklynne is so lucky to have such awesome older brothers! Grayson is so big! I can't even believe that he is old enough to be running around.
Cute post! I am glad you had a good day, and I can tell those kiddos make you happy with every single post. Your family is beautiful!
Katie,
You are such a good mother.
You are doing such a good job.
One of the most important things you can do in life is to love what you do, and you are doing it.
You and each of your sister's are all such good Mom's, and remind me of your own mother.
You have made it look easy and fun and anyone who knows you can tell you're having a good time.
I'm so glad you had a good Sunday morning because sometimes Sunday mornings are the hardest of the week when there are lots of little people to get ready for church.
