Let the Fun Begin!

Woohoo!  June is here, and we are ready for some fun!  Here is just a few pictures of some fun ways we ushered in the month of June.

*Target*

Of course! :) My kids LOVED the big, red ball that they "turned" into a beach ball.  Brooklynne ran up, hugged it, and then said, "Mom!  Can you take a picture of us?"  

I am not sure if I have ever announced it on my blog, but I am an official Target addict.  My kids are definitely following in my footsteps.  It is one of our favorite activities for sure.  The kids love to shop around while drinking their Slurpee's, and I am partial to my Diet Pepsi and Marshmallow Crispy Bar (aka: Rice Krispy Treat). Awww....It is so delicious.  I always laugh when I order it at 9:30 in the morning.  The checker and I always joke that it is the "breakfast of champions."  It's practically like having a bowl of Rice Krispies for breakfast, right?  If you need a new (and an extremely naughty) fix, I suggest you try it ASAP! :)

*Las Vegas Townsquare*

Another place we absolutely LOVE!  We made a quick stop at the playground where we snapped a couple cute pictures, but you can expect a lot more pictures at this hot spot!

And last, but not least...

*Henderson Multigenerational Outdoor Activity Pool.

This place is wonderful!  You get in for a minimal fee, you can bring in your own food/snacks, and you can stay cool all summer long.  :)  Many more trips to this pool as we really start heating up out here.

This last picture is my FAVORITE!  I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my boys LOVE to read!  My kids see me reading a lot, and I think it definitely influences their love for books.  Seeing them both sitting poolside with their nose in a book just made my day! <3 

I am still working on figuring out how to load Brooklynne's Graduation pictures.  They are so cute-totally worth the wait-but hopefully I will not fall behind with both boys finishing school this week too!
